Orders are for the 48 Contiguous States only. We are not able to process orders internationally on our website (including Canada). Please contact Dist-AG-International@newsunshinellc.com for assistance purchasing our products outside the United States. Please note: We cannot ship to Military APO addresses or Military PO Boxes. We can only ship to physical US Addresses and PO Boxes.

 

We use UPS SurePost, FedEx SmartPost, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. Your arrival date will depend on standard transit time from Indiana. The flat charge for shipping is $5.95.

 

Online Returns and Exchanges

Only products purchased from AustralianGold.com can be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, any promotional items included in the order must be returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please send our customer service department an email at AGGuestServices@AustralianGold.com to request a return or exchange.
